We update you on a weekly basis through the recruitment process, providing you with feedback on the companies we are targeting, who we are speaking to. In our updates we provide you with feedback in terms of how positive or negative potential candidates are about your company, the position or salary/package.  This enables us to overcome any potential objectives as quickly as possible and address areas such as target company strategy, perceived company image or candidate remuneration range.

Our research activities are carried out on an international basis, in multiple languages, including English, German, French, Italian, Spanish and Standard Chinese.  We are not limited by geographic boundaries and languages, hence we are able to complete the research stage of an assignment in market leading timescales.

We fully manage the offer process and stay in close contact with successful candidates during their notice period and in the first six months of their employment, to ensure successful outcomes at placement stage and beyond.
