Interim Management Process
Interim Managers Dedicated To The Manufacturing Sector
To ensure we deliver the most relevant and effective Interim Managers, we develop a thorough understanding of a client’s assignment in terms of objectives and goals, linked to business critical requirements.
Every Wilson Alexander Interim Manager is interviewed for each assignment and detailed references are acquired to ensure their ability to deliver results. Often Interim Managers are over qualified for assignments, to ensure they can deliver rapid and successful outcomes.
Interim Managers are often required to be in place within a short space of time, so we utilise the most lean recruitment methods, whilst maintaining the highest standards of quality and service. We regularly place Interim Managers within 48 hours if they are immediately available.
Once a Wilson Alexander Interim Manager has started an assignment, we remain in close contact with them and the client, to understand how they are progressing and the quality of results that are being delivered. Should there be any concerns and areas for improvement, we are able to act as an intermediary, to ensure any issues can be resolved and quickly and effectively as possible.
Towards the end of an assignment, we work with both the Interim Manager and client to initiate an effective handover process. This may involve a ombination of internal stakeholders, newly promoted leaders or Wilson Alexander supporting headcount recruitment requirements.
