Issue CVs and WA Screening Reports of Candidates to Client

Agree with Client for WA to interview long list Candidates

Face-to-face Wilson Alexander Candidate interviews

Recommend evaluated Candidates for face-to-face Client interview

Client accepts shortlist of Candidates (2nd stage invoice)

Client interviews Candidates face-to-face

Candidate Self-Analysis completed and references taken

Job offer made to successful Candidate via WA

Offer accepted by or negotiated with Candidate via WA

Contract signed by Candidate and received by Client (3rd stage invoice)

Candidate resignation and notice period, where WA maintain regular contact with Candidate during notice period until start date with Client

Candidate starts in role

WA maintain contact with Candidate and Client during first six months of employment to confirm satisfaction
