Issue WA Search Strategy to Client
Agree WA Search Strategy with Client, making adjustments where necessary
Initiate Candidate advertising across relevant industry media, websites, countries & regions
Manage responses and filter relevant candidates, long-listing those that meet Client requirements
Telephone screen potential Candidates
Issue CVs and WA Candidate Screening Reports (if required as part of process) to Client
Agree with Client for WA to interview long list Candidates
Face-to-face Wilson Alexander Candidate interviews (if required as part of process)
Recommend evaluated Candidates for face-to-face Client Interview
Client accepts shortlist of Candidates (2nd stage invoice)
Client interviews Candidates face-to-face
Candidate self-analysis completed and references taken (if required as part of process)
Job offer made to successful Candidates via WA
Offer accepted by or negotiated with Candidates via WA
Contracts signed by Candidates and received by Client (3rd stage invoice)
Candidate resignation and notice period, where WA maintain regular contact with Candidates during notice period until start date with Client
Candidates start in role
WA maintain contact with Candidates and Client during first six months of employment to confirm satisfaction
